Notebooks are an essential part of my writing process. I use them in the same way I used to use sketchbooks. Each entry is like a sketch, an impression of my reality, an idea for a for a poem or a micro or flash fiction story.

I work in fragments, often from multiple notebooks, borrowing from other potential works and collaging them together to create a complete narrative.

I want to document my notebooks as an archieve of my thought process, and as an extention of my inner life; how these early impressions of an idea make it to a final work.
